I was chillin' out on my bed the other day when my youngest son came in and joined me. He loves to snuggle and immediately wrapped his arms around me and gave me the sweetest kiss. He told me how much he loved me and his dad, as he squeezed me even more. I told him I loved him more - and we got into a cute debate over who loved who the most. Somehow we got on the subject of reincarnation - initially about our dogs who were on the bed with us, I think. Then he said something so profound that it wiped away every worry, stress, and doubt from my mind - confirming that I had done okay so far. He said that when he died, he did not want to be reincarnated because he never wanted to forget me and his dad. He said if he came back to earth again, he wouldn't remember us and he didn't want that to happen (see previous post about his dream). He said he'd rather stay in Heaven and be with us forever there. I agreed and told him that I would always be with him - even when I'm gone, I'll wait for him in Heaven. He smiled, hugged me tight, and said that we would all be in Heaven as a family together forever.
It's hard to retell it with the emotion and love that he had then. He's always been concerned about afterlife and being with us forever. I can't wait to see the Heaven he dreams of.
~peace~
